This duplex property is looking for tenants. It is located at Lakka village, about 14 miles from Sierra Leone’s capital city of Freetown and a stone’s throw away from River Number 2, arguably the best beach in the world. Sweet Salone, also known as “The Place” at Tokeh, is about 30 minutes drive away. It is split up into 2 almost identical quarters. On the ground level of each house there is a living/dining room with veranda, kitchen with store and back veranda, guest room with en suite, walk-in closet and veranda and a guest toilet. On the middle level there is a landing with 2 verandas. From the landing, there is a master bedroom with en suite, walk-in closet and veranda. From the master bedroom, there is a connecting door leading to a regular room with en suite. One of the en suites in the master bedrooms has a Jacuzzi. On the upper level, there is a semi penthouse with regular room, en suite and veranda.

Niceties:
The flooring in the entire house is of high quality ceramic tiles. The kitchen has top and bottom cabinets and a nice worktop/countertop. All bedrooms are fitted with split unit ACs.

Compound:
The compound is spacious and could accommodate up to 10 Jeep/SUVs. It is paved and has an outside toilet for domestic staff. A generator house is installed. There is a boys’ quarters with a room and toilet and an outside kitchen for each house

Security:
The entire compound is fenced with concertina (razor) wire. The gates to enter the property are made of solid metal.

Electricity from Electricity Distribution and Supply Authority (EDSA) is available.

Water Supply:
Water supply from Guma Valley Water Company is available including a massive back up water tanks and a well to ensure 24 hour pipe borne water.
