Location/Description:
Located of a quiet private road in Juba/ Peninsular Road approximately two hundred metres from both new bridges is this immaculate contemporary designed two double bedroom fully self-contained apartment. Ideally located for the supermarket and offering a much more welcoming stay than many of the hotels, Lumley beach is under 10 mins walk.

Accomordation comprises of a large open plan lounge/dinner and kitchen with a large ‘L’ shaped sofa, foot stool, glass coffee tables and 34” TV. The dinning room has a glass dinning table that sits 6 and the kitchen is a fully modern ash grey integrated kitchen with 5 ring burner/ hob, electric and gas oven, integrated washing machine, under counter fridge and freezer with plenty of storage cupboards. There is an additional American styled free- standing fridge/freezer. There is a large 3 piece walk-in shower room suite with integrated jet wash.

Security:
The entire compound is gated and fenced with concertina (razor) wire around the premises. A guard post is available with 24 hrs security to monitor and restrict access in/out of compound. The large gates are made of solid metal and are on sliding wheels.

Bedrooms:
There are two bedrooms; Bedroom 1 has a super king size reclaimed wood bed with built in Ikea wardrobes with glass doors and bedroom 2 also has a large double bed with fitted Ikea wardrobes.

Furnishing:
Contemporary styled throughout with all modern convenience, fresh linen, covers and pillows for both bedrooms with spare and lining.

Compound:
It provides a very neat and tidy space, paved drive that can accommodate up to four cars, separate outside kitchen room with cooking facility and stove, staff quarters with wash and toilet facilities. At the rear of the compound. Outside raised seating areas.

Niceties:
The flooring in the entire house is of high quality large ceramic tiles. All bedrooms and living room areas have individually controlled air condition/split systems with remote control and separate control for general electricity and generator. Water supply direct from Guma Valley Water Company is available including water pumps and massive back up water tanks.

The target prices for the premises are:
