This nice furnished house is looking for tenants for short stays. The property is located at Juba Hill, 7 miles from Sierra Leone’s capital city of Freetown. It is about a mile away from the new Goodies and St Mary’s Supermarkets at Juba and 10 minutes’ drive away from, Freetown Supermarket, Freetown Mall and Adnan’s Supermarket along Wilkinson Road. On the top level there is a master bedroom with en suite, walk-in closet and veranda, 2 regular rooms sharing a general toilet/shower and a private living room with veranda. On the middle level, there is a living/dining room with veranda, 1 regular room with en suite and veranda and a very spacious kitchen with back door.

Security:
The entire compound is fenced with concertina (razor) wire around the premises. The gates to enter the property are made of solid metal. The entrance to the house is protected by solid steel doors. A guard post and tower are available to ensure only those who are welcome can enter the compound. 24 hours security including armed security at night

There are a total of 4 bedrooms including 2 master bedrooms with en suite.

Niceties:
The executive room is designed with a classic relaxing environment for visiting executives. The flooring in the entire house is of high-quality marble tiles. All bedrooms and living room area have individually controlled air condition/split systems with remote control. The kitchen boasts of stainless-steel appliances and refrigerator. The kitchen also has top and bottom cabinets (lots of storage space) and a large kitchen island.

Furnishings:
The house is completely furnished with classy, contemporary furniture, including queen-sized beds, bed linens and pillows in each bedroom. The living room has a three-piece set including a sofa and a 75-inch TV with access to 1,750 channels. TVs to be installed in the private living room and master bedrooms. The dining room has a dining table with at least 6 chairs. All bedrooms, living room and dining room come furnished with window curtains.

Compound:
The compound is nicely paved and has ample space to accommodate up to 5 jeeps/SUV.

Power Supply:
Electricity from Electricity Distribution and Supply Authority (EDSA) is available. A solar system is installed with lots of panels ensuring 24-hour electricity.

Water Supply:
A bore hole is installed to ensure 24 hours of pipe borne water.
