Location/Description:
Ishmajoso Lodge is a nice 3 storey house with a 1 car garage looking for short/long term stay lodgers. It is committed to offering all the convenience of a hotel stay, whilst providing a luxury home-from-home experience. The property is located at Adonkia, off the new Peninsular Road; leading to Tokeh and River Number 2. It is 10 miles from Sierra Leone’s capital city of Freetown and a stone’s throw away from River Number 2, arguably the best beach in the world. Sweet Salone, also known as “The Place” at Tokeh, is about 20 minutes drive away. On the ground level there is a Bar/Restaurant, front desk, foyer, kitchen, 2 regular rooms, 1 master bedroom with en suite, 1 general toilet, 1 shower and kitchen. On the middle level there are 2 regular rooms, 1 master bedroom with en suite, 1 general toilet/shower and a kitchen. On the top level, there are 2 regular rooms, 2 master bedrooms with en suite, 1 general toilet/shower and a kitchen.

Security:
The entire compound is gated and fenced with concertina (razor) wire around the premises. A guard post is available to ensure only those who are welcome can enter the compound. The gates to enter the compound are made of solid metal. CCTV cameras are installed all around the premises.

Bedrooms:
There are a total of 11 bedrooms including 5 master bedrooms with en suite.

Furnishing:
The entire house is completely furnished with classy, contemporary furniture, including queen-sized beds, bed linens and pillows in each bedroom. The living rooms have a three piece sets including a sofa and 38 inch Flat Screen TVs. The dining room has a large dining table with six chairs. All bedrooms, living rooms, and dining rooms come furnished with window curtains.Each floor has an open plan living/dining area with veranda and is fully air-conditioned.

Compound:
It is very spacious and nicely paved and has a boy’s quarters with toilet.

Niceties:
The flooring in the entire house is of high quality ceramic tiles. All bedrooms and living room areas have individually controlled air condition/split systems with remote control. The kitchens have top and bottom cabinets (lots of storage space), integrated washing machines and dish washers and granite worktop/countertops. Free WIFI and DSTV are available. Ishmajoso Lodge offers self-catering accommodation with fully fitted kitchens and dining areas.

Power Supply:
Electricity Distribution and Supply Authority (EDSA) is available and 2 back up generating plants for the entire complex.

Water Supply:
Water supply from Guma Valley Water Company is available including water pumps and massive back up water tanks. A water well is also installed.

The target prices for the premises are:
King sized Room: $50 per night
Double Room: $40 per night
Single Room: $35 per night
These prices are inclusive of breakfast.
